I was born to American parents in Ireland and have now lived the longest period of time in France - so, many places.

I am created uniquely and therefore my art expresses that originality. However, I find it difficult to pin it down myself because I don’t create art to be unique, I create it because I have a passion for expressing the beauty I see around me. So, I don’t start a painting with the thought ‘how can i make this unique?’ rather I remark ‘wow, what an enchanting daisy, how do I capture the nuanced colours in the shadows, the feathery light petals and the intricate shapes? How do I share this amazement to the world around me?

I am a young mother so time is of the essence - I do what I can. In this situation, I have a very small studio and so there is a limit to size and amount. I would like to have a bigger space to really expand my works and see them larger than life.
